JOMO Film Studio LLC ("JOMO," "we," "us," or "our") is a Florida limited liability company. This policy applies to physical merchandise ("Merch") purchased through our online storefront. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. All Merch Sales Are Final — Exchanges Only

We do not offer refunds on Merch. All sales are final. We do offer exchanges under the conditions described in this policy. This no-refund policy is disclosed here and at checkout prior to purchase, as required under Florida law.

2. Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange if all of the following are true:

  • Your request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the delivery date shown by the carrier's tracking information.

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags attached.

  • The item is not a final-sale or limited-edition drop item explicitly marked as non-exchangeable at the time of purchase (e.g., select DayOne Series releases).

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

Approved exchanges are limited to a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. If the requested size or color is unavailable, we will offer store credit toward a future purchase in lieu of a refund.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Mis-Shipped Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. At our discretion, we will offer one of the following at no additional cost to you: a replacement item, store credit, or a full refund to your original payment method. This is the only circumstance under which a refund will be issued.

4. How to Request an Exchange

Email studio@jomofilmstudio.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to exchange, and the reason for the request. We will respond with shipping instructions within 2 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defective, damaged, or mis-shipped item under Section 3.

5. Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5–10 business days for inspection and processing of your exchange. Print-on-demand items (fulfilled via Printful) may require additional production time, which we will communicate at the time of your request.

6. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following are not eligible for exchange, except where defective under Section 3:

  • Items marked "Final Sale" or part of a limited-edition drop

  • Items returned outside the 14-day window

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused by us

  • Digital products, memberships, or sponsorship-related deliverables (governed separately)

7. Your Rights Under Florida Law

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights or remedies you may have under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (Fla. Stat. § 501.201 et seq.) or other applicable consumer protection law, including with respect to goods that are defective or not as described.
