JOMO Film Studio LLC ("JOMO," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. This policy applies to visitors and customers of our online storefront.

  • Order and shipping information: name, email address, shipping address, and order details, collected when you purchase Merch.

  • Payment information: processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details.

  • Email and marketing information: if you subscribe to our mailing list, your email address is collected and managed through Squarespace.

  • Site usage information: we use Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregated, non-identifying data about how visitors use the Site, such as pages viewed, device type, and general location (city/region level).

  • Communications: any information you provide when you contact us directly, such as via email.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process and fulfill your orders, including shipping via our fulfillment partner, Printful

  • Communicate with you about your order, including confirmations and shipping updates

  • Send marketing emails, only if you have opted in, with an unsubscribe option in every email

  • Understand and improve how visitors use our Site

  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, error, or security issues

  • Comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting requirements

3. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the following categories of service providers, solely to operate our business:

  • Stripe — payment processing

  • Printful — order fulfillment and shipping

  • Squarespace — email list management and marketing communications

  • Google Analytics — website usage analytics

  • Squarespace — website hosting platform

Each of these providers processes your information under its own privacy policy and security practices. We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of JOMO, our customers, or others.

Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies (via Squarespace and Google Analytics) to remember preferences, enable core site functionality, and understand aggregate site usage. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may affect some Site functionality.

5. Data Retention

We retain order and customer information for as long as necessary to fulfill orders, comply with tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Marketing list data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to opt out of marketing communications. 7. Children's Privacy

Our Site and Merch are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We rely on industry-standard security practices maintained by our service providers (including Stripe's PCI-compliant payment processing and Squarespace's hosting infrastructure) to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, content, and storefront operated by JOMO Film Studio LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("JOMO," "we," "us," or "our"), including jomofilmstudio.com and any associated subdomains (the "Site"). By accessing the Site, purchasing Merch, subscribing to a membership, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

JOMO Film Studio LLC is a Florida-registered creative studio producing original documentary and interview content, including "The Legacy Library" and "Jonny.Travelz — The Spanglish Nomad," and selling related merchandise through this Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase on this Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Products and Orders

We sell branded merchandise ("Merch") through the Site. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are presented in good faith but may contain errors; we reserve the right to correct pricing or availability errors, cancel orders affected by such errors, and issue a full refund for any order we cancel. Orders are fulfilled in part through third-party print-on-demand and shipping partners (e.g., Printful), and delivery timelines depend in part on those partners.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card information. By submitting an order, you authorize us (via our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your purchase, including applicable sales tax and shipping.

5. Returns and Exchanges

All Merch sales are final. We offer exchanges only, subject to the terms of our separate Return & Exchange Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available on our Site.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the JOMO name and logo, the "Jonny.Travelz — The Spanglish Nomad" persona and branding, "The Legacy Library" show name, photography, video, written content, and design elements — is owned by JOMO Film Studio LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; (c) interfere with the Site's operation; or (d) misrepresent your identity or affiliation when interacting with the Site.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services, including Stripe (payments), Printful (fulfillment), Mailchimp (email), and Google Analytics (site analytics). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all Merch are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated in our Return & Exchange Policy or required by applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JOMO Film Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of Merch. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Florida.
